Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality, 100% human hair extensions, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Because our products are hygiene-sensitive, we have a limited return & exchange policy to maintain the highest standards of quality.

Returns & Refunds

Since all hair extensions are custom-processed and hygienic products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a wrong or defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

✔️ You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
✔️ The hair must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
✔️ You must provide photo/video proof of the issue.

📌 Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. If an issue occurs, we can provide a replacement or store credit for a future purchase.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong length or texture by mistake, we allow exchanges on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

✔️ The hair must be in its original condition (no washing, cutting, dyeing, or styling).
✔️ Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
✔️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

💡 We recommend double-checking your order details before purchase to avoid exchange fees.

Cancellations & Order Changes

✔️ Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase.
✔️ Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping provider to file a claim.
